On your My Details page you can change your email address, password, or any of the information you provided when you registered.
However you'll need to log-in first, which means you'll need to know the email address and password currently in our records.
You can request an automated password reminder if you can still receive email at the address in our records, but if you can't - or if you don't remember which email address you used when you joined - email us, or use the Contact Us form (if you choose the latter option please be sure to provide an email address that is currently valid!).
Please do not register a second time as this will inevitably cause confusion - if you have ever been a member your account will still exist unless you specifically asked us to close it. We do not close accounts simply because they haven't been used for a while.
